Dr. Fu earned his undergraduate degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology before completing his medical degree and Master of Health Science at the Yale University School of Medicine. He went on to complete his residency in emergency medicine at UCSF Medical Center. Prior to joining Biograph, he served as a senior physician with The Permanente Medical Group and as an Assistant Clinical Professor at UCSF, where he trained medical students and residents in evidence-based acute care.

After more than a decade of managing heart attacks, strokes, metabolic crises, and advanced disease, Dr. Fu transitioned into longevity medicine with a clear conviction: the most powerful medicine happens upstream. At Biograph, Dr. Fu specializes in translating high-resolution diagnostics into structured, actionable prevention strategies. His work integrates advanced imaging, lipidology, cardiometabolic biomarker targeting, and fitness physiology into individualized health blueprints designed to improve healthspan. His clinical framework combines quantitative reasoning, longitudinal biomarker tracking, and behavioral architecture—because precision without implementation does not change outcomes. By bridging acute-care rigor with proactive strategy, Dr. Fu helps patients move from reactive medicine to deliberate, data-informed health design.
