Dr. Lebret serves as the Medical Director of our New York City clinic. Board-certified in internal and lifestyle medicine, he has a background in neuroscience research. Before joining Biograph, he established and practiced in concierge and preventive care clinics in Manhattan. He earned his medical degree from the University of Minnesota and completed his residency at Weill Cornell New York-Presbyterian Hospital.

With 16 years of clinical, leadership and research experience, Dr. Lebret brings a personalized and prevention-focused approach to care at Biograph. He is dedicated to helping members move beyond reactive medicine by combining advanced diagnostics with sustainable, evidence-based lifestyle strategies tailored to each individual.

Dr. Lebret partners closely with members and leads a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, exercise physiologists and dietitians to build bespoke plans centered on nutrition, movement, restorative sleep, and stress resilience. His care philosophy is grounded in deep listening, education and shared decision-making. In recognition of his commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care, he was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society.

At Mount Sinai Health System, Dr. Lebret worked directly with employers to design and lead on-site wellness clinics and concierge programs. He launched a comprehensive Executive Physical program delivering personalized evaluations to more than 1,300 members and developed structured lifestyle-change programs that achieved measurable outcomes for large international organizations.

As a Fulbright Scholar to Denmark, and later as a graduate student at the Karolinska Institute in Sweden, Dr. Lebret published neuroscience research in Science on neural networks of the mouse spinal cord—reflecting his longstanding curiosity about the biological foundations of health and disease. He has held academic appointments at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, Weill Cornell Medical College and NYU Langone Health.
