Del Gaizo, MD, MBA is a body MRI–trained radiologist and healthcare executive who serves as Principal Advisor of Advanced Imaging at Biograph, where he helped designed and oversees a comprehensive whole-body MRI screening program focused on early cancer detection and precision health. He is also a Body Radiologist at Moffitt Cancer Center, where he plays an important role in the imaging-based care delivery of cancer patients, including expert oncologic interpretation and RECIST reporting—experience that directly fuels his passion for identifying cancer at its earliest and most curable stage.

Andrew J. Del Gaizo, MD, MBA is a fellowship-trained body MRI radiologist, healthcare executive, and clinical AI leader with expertise spanning oncologic imaging, advanced MRI protocol design, and enterprise-scale radiology operations. He serves as Principal Advisor of Advanced Imaging at Biograph, where he helped design and implement the comprehensive whole-body MRI screening protocol. Leveraging deep expertise in MR sequences and abdominal MRI, he guides a program built to maximize early cancer detection and actionable prevention insights, supporting a mission of proactive, longevity-focused care.

Dr. Del Gaizo is also a Body Radiologist at Moffitt Cancer Center, where he plays a key role in the imaging-driven care of cancer patients through interpretation of complex oncologic CT and MRI studies, RECIST reporting, and clinical collaboration with multidisciplinary cancer teams. Working directly in a high-acuity oncology environment has reinforced his commitment to shifting cancer detection earlier - when disease is most treatable and outcomes can be dramatically improved.

In parallel, Dr. Del Gaizo has held senior leadership roles within large national healthcare systems and has helped scale major radiology operations, including strategic growth initiatives, quality improvement programs, and education and mentorship efforts supporting radiologists across diverse clinical environments.
